Our software is LIMITED and we cannot edit it.

You MUST select a "provider" that matches the species and gender of your pet. (Dog - female, Cat - male, etc)

It is FAR better to schedule each pet individually rather than 3 at a time. You can schedule as many pets as you want, just PLEASE do it one at a time.

If you do not select a provider, and instead leave it as "Any Provider", your appointment will not be scheduled appropriately and it will be declined. NO EXCEPTIONS. You will be able to start the process over once it is declined.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we spend a lot of time fixing scheduling errors that can be avoided when you SELECT THE APPRORIATE PROVIDER. We can keep costs low by not having a full time receptionist and this helps a lot!
